Il mitico V8 Ferrari, montato nella sua massima espressione sulla "488 Pista", è "Engine of the year" per il 3° anno consecutivo. Questa volta però il V8 3.9 Ferrari ha vinto ben 3 premi: il premio assoluto, il "performance" e quello da 3 a 4 litri.
La Ferrari ha vinto altri 5 premi, tra cui il "Best new engine" relativo al V12 della 812 Superfast, vincitore anche tra i propulsori oltre i 4 litri. 68 i giudici per questi prestigiosi "Awards", tra cui Quattroruote.
